Terms & Conditions

Use of Website:

  • Content on this site (text, images, designs) is the intellectual property of Prometheus Digital.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any material without written consent.

Scope of Work:

  • Services will be outlined in formal quotes or agreements.

  • Prometheus Digital reserves the right to modify or discontinue services.

Liability:

  • Prometheus Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Governing Law:

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund (excluding processing fees).

  • After 24 hours and before project commencement: 50% refund.

  • After project commencement: No refund.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are not issued for completed services or third-party expenses.

  • Partial refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances.

Process:

  • All cancellation/refund requests must be sent to billing@prometheusdigital.co.za within 7 days of payment.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Communication & Support:

  • General inquiries: Response within 24–48 business hours.

  • Ongoing clients (retainer): Dedicated support channel via WhatsApp or email.

  • Urgent issues: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+2).

Deliverables & Timelines:

  • Timelines will be agreed in writing before the project starts.

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals or missing content) may shift deadlines.

Content Ownership Policy

  • Upon final payment, all approved deliverables are transferred to the client.

  • Prometheus Digital reserves the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

  • Clients are responsible for verifying factual accuracy and final content approval.

Payment & Late Fee Policy

Payment Terms:

  • 50% upfront deposit is required for all projects.

  • Final 50% is due upon completion or as per milestone schedule

Late Payments:

  • Payments overdue by more than 7 days incur a 10% late fee.

  • Work may be suspended until payment is received.

Revisions Policy

  • Two (2) rounds of revisions are included per deliverable.

  • Additional revisions: R250 per hour.

  • Major changes requiring deviation from the agreed scope may incur additional costs.

  • Prometheus Digital does not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, followers, or rankings. Results depend on multiple external factors, including industry trends, market shifts, and platform algorithm changes.
